Our detox week gives you a chance to leave all the pressures and distractions behind to look after YOU, your body, your state of mind, your life as a whole! Detox Plus retreats give you an opportunity to really focus on your health, a week that is giving you a proper break, and rejuvenates with long lasting effects. Please read the website carefully as our services are set up quite differently from other retreats! Here is what we offer:

JUICE FASTING
During a Detox Plus retreat week you will be fasting, there will be no solid food. Your main intake will be vegetable juice and our detox shake. All veges come fresh from our local organic farm! You will also add plenty of water to the juices and shakes. Please note: Because juice fasting is a strong way to detox you must do 2-3 weeks of preparations. With a proper preparation your results will be better.

PLUS+

COLON HYDROTHERAPY
Our retreats always include 3 Colon Hydrotherapy sessions. These are therapist-led Colon Hydrotherapy sessions, not the self-administered kind or colema (which are much less effective). These high-value high-cost sessions are crucial to make sure that the toxins which your body is releasing, are in fact expelled. Through these sessions the risk that toxins are re-absorbed in the body through the colon wall will be minimized. You will feel all the better for it. That is why our detox is PLUS, all 3 colon hydrotherapy sessions are included in the price!

EXERCISE SESSIONS
During your retreat you will receive one-to-one exercise sessions. We will focus on building energy (Chi). You will get 3 Chi Walking sessions, 3 Active Exercise sessions, 1 Chi Kung session and 2 Chi Machine sessions. During all this you also get plenty of fresh air and natural beauty. The active exercise sessions will be tailored to your level of ability. By staying active this week, you will not be losing muscle and bone tissue. Yes, you will lose weight but more importantly you will lose toxins, fat, inches, acidity and you will gain long term health. That is why our detox is PLUS, all one-to-one exercise sessions are included in the price!

PLUS+

MASSAGE & RELAXATION SESSIONS
Your weeks' program contains 3 Internal organ/Colon Massages followed by Relaxation. Plus there are also 3 Chinese Head Massages freeing the head, neck and shoulders from all tension. Plus you get a back massage and Hopi Ear candling. That is why our detox is PLUS, all one-to-one massage and relaxation sessions are included in the price!

PLUS+

SELF-CATERING HOLIDAY STYLE ACCOMMODATION
For your stay we will rent a local cottage - which will be for your sole use, just for you. Once you have made up your mind which week you want to come, we will secure the accommodation with your deposit. Your accommodation will give you a pleasant place to rest between all the sessions and we will kit it out with everything you need.

We offer the whole week including all one-to-one treatments, all one-to-one exercise sessions, your accommodation (for sole use), all organic raw veges, all supplements and other things that are needed. All you need to add is the drive to us. Price: £945 including all of the above.
