JUICE FASTING
During your detox retreat you will be fasting, there will be no solid food. Your main intake will be vegetable juice, wheatgrass juice and a few specific detox supplements. All veges come fresh from our local organic farm!
PLUS+
COLON HYDROTHERAPY
Our retreats include THREE therapist-led Colon Hydrotherapy sessions. These are professional medical treatments, not the self-administered kind or colema (which are much less effective). These sessions make sure that the toxins which your body is releasing, are in fact expelled. That is why our detox is PLUS, all 3 colon hydrotherapy sessions are included in the price!

There will be FOUR outdoor exercise sessions tailored to suit your fitness and ability. The exercise is to stimulate circulation, breathing and lymphatic movement; physical activity ensures you lose fat, not lean mass. There is also an evening sessions to reduce stress and increase relaxation and mental clarity. That is why our detox is PLUS, all exercise and breathing sessions are included in the price!

SELF-CATERING HOLIDAY STYLE ACCOMMODATION
For your stay we will rent a local cottage - which will be for your sole use, just for you. Once you have made up your mind which week you want to come, we will secure the accommodation with your deposit. Your accommodation will give you a pleasant place to rest between all the sessions. Changing from an 'on-the-go' lifestyle into 'resting-mode' will allow your body to let go.
