BOOKING YOUR RETREAT
Contact us by email or phone 01373 467668 to reserve your place. We can take cards, cheques or bank transfers - all completely securely.
This is a wonderful retreat - run by a friendly and caring team of experts who are here to give you everything you need to transform your life for the better!

       Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking
Please phone to book your place. We want to ensure that you are in exactly the right cottage for your specific requirements. After you book, we will send you everything you will need to prepare for the retreat, plus directions, what to bring and information about all the treatments that will be available for you.
Deposits and Payments
We will require a £250 deposit from you to secure your place on the retreat. Full payment needs to be made 4 weeks before the start of the retreat.
We can receive payment via cheque, card or BACS transfer.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your place within four weeks of the start date we can transfer your reservation to another available date or refund your deposit (see details below).
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your place 4 weeks or more before the retreat date we will refund your deposit or transfer you to another retreat for a £50 transfer fee. If you cancel, or need to transfer, 4 weeks or less, before the retreat, we will refund you when we re-book your place. You can nominate someone to take your place.
In the unlikely event that we cannot re-book your place in time we regret we will not be able to refund your fee. This is due to the limited number of places on the retreat.

We promise that we will always try to accommodate you to the best of our ability and come to the most equitable arrangement that respects both your needs and ours.
NB. To this end, we recommend that you check your existing insurance policies to make sure that you have adequate cancellation cover in the event that you are unable to attend the retreat for personal reasons or because of adverse weather conditions. This is to ensure you will be fully re-imbursed.
Eating Disorders
Our aim is to promote health and wellbeing. As a result we cannot support anyone using the fasting on this retreat as a way of sustaining an eating disorder. We want to help and do not want to collude with clients by enabling self destructive behaviours. If this could apply to you please make us aware of your circumstances when you contact us - we can then help you decide which course of action would best serve you.
